Returns & Exchange

Clothing can be exchanged within 7 days — unused, with tags.

Not returnable

• Opened attar bottles.
• Opened miswak packs.
• Dates and food items.

Received something damaged? Call us within 48 hours and we will replace it.

How to start

• Call or message us with your order number, or use Track Order to find it.
• Tell us what is wrong and, if possible, send a photo.
• We arrange the pickup or replacement — usually within 2–3 days.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the way you paid — bKash, Nagad or card — within 3–7 working days after we receive the item. For cash on delivery we refund by bKash or Nagad. Need help? Write to hello@barakah.example.
